Program description
Lechi Food Corporation ("we," "us") operates an internal text-message program that lets employees report an upcoming absence and receive status updates about that request. This program is for Lechi Food Corporation employees only.
Consent
By entering your mobile phone number on the absence-report form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Lechi Food Corporation about your absence request. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to a few messages per request — a confirmation when you submit, and a message when your request is approved or not approved.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out and help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact your supervisor.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
