What we collect
When you submit an absence report, we collect your name, mobile phone number, the date of your absence, your stated reason, and your chosen language.
How we use it
We use this information only to record your absence request and to send you text-message updates about that request (a submission confirmation and an approval or denial notice).
Text messages, frequency, and rates
If you opt in, you will receive text messages about your absence request. Message frequency varies — typically up to a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. No mobile phone numbers or other mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To deliver text messages, your mobile number and message content are processed only by our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of sending these notifications.
Opt out
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. This does not delete a request you already submitted; it only stops future messages.
Retention
Absence records are retained for as long as needed for staffing and record-keeping, in line with company policy.
